Our former system does not allow the export of historical customer account details, order history, or reward points activity. This helps ensure your historical order information remains fully protected.

Why did you launch a new web store?

Our new web store offers a fresh design, improved performance, new features, and more flexible sign-in and checkout options. This upgrade allows us to deliver a smoother and more secure shopping experience for our customers.

Why can’t my old account, order history, or reward points be transferred?

To uphold our strict privacy and data security standards, customer account data from our previous system could not be transferred. The former platform does not allow the export of historical customer account details, including order history and reward points activity. This ensures your personal and order information remains fully protected.

Do I need to create a new account?

Yes. If you created an account on or before January 18, 2026, you will need to create a new account on our new web store to continue shopping online.

Will I lose my reward points or order history?

No. While this information cannot be automatically transferred to the new system, your historical order records and reward points are still available.

How can I check my reward points balance?

You may contact our customer service team by phone or email. After verifying your information, we will provide your reward points balance.  You may also request us by written to manually transfer your reward points balance to your new online store account.

How do I get help with a previous order?

If you need assistance with an order placed on our previous store, please reach out to us with your order information such as SO#, invoice#, customer#, your name, email address, and any information can help us locate your account in our system. We will help retrieve the information for you.

Is my personal information safe?

Yes. Protecting customer privacy and data security is our top priority. The decision not to transfer historical account data was made to ensure compliance with our most rigorous privacy and security guidelines.
